About
New, small, and asking you to put us in front of your mail
Humainbox started in 2026 and does one thing: it stands between a contact form and the mailbox behind it, holds the messages a machine wrote, and sends the rest to whoever should answer them. There is no second product and no plan for one.
That is a lot to ask of a company you have not heard of, and the honest answer is not a logo wall or a customer count we do not have. It is that the things worth knowing about a business you are trusting with your correspondence are the ones it refuses to do, and what it commits to when it gets something wrong. Both are below, and both cost us something.
Why the old defences stopped working is a longer argument, and it is written up separately.
What it is built on
Four promises
Anything standing between a business and its enquiries has to be accountable for the ones it gets wrong. These are the rules we build against, and each of them costs us something.
01
Nothing is deleted because we judged it
A message we stop is still there. It is just not in your mailbox. You can read anything, release anything, and see the full original of a message we judged wrongly. Content goes only when your retention window runs out, never because of a verdict, and never sooner for held mail than for delivered.
02
You set the threshold, not us
Loose, balanced or strict, chosen per inbox. We cannot know what a missed enquiry costs you, or what an extra one read costs your team. Those numbers are different for a careers form and a sales desk, so the line belongs to you.
03
Every decision is explainable
Each message shows the signals that fired and what each one weighed. A verdict you cannot inspect is a verdict you cannot argue with, and you should be able to argue with ours.
04
If we fail, mail still gets through
If Humainbox stops working, everything is passed straight through to you. If our system is unavailable, messages are forwarded rather than held. An outage should degrade us to a plain forwarder, never to a business quietly losing leads it never knew about.
Judge it on your own mail
Point one form at an inbox we generate and leave that inbox in dry run. Everything is delivered exactly as it is today, and you read the decisions we would have made about your own enquiries. If they are not the decisions you would have made, you will know inside a week.
