Pricing
Priced by company, never per message
Charging by volume would bill you for being targeted, and absorbing that is the point of the product. A month where you are hit hard costs the same as a quiet one.
A workspace is one company: its inboxes, its recipients and its history, kept apart from every other. An inbox is one address, which is one form.
What people ask before they start
What if it holds back a real enquiry?
Held is not deleted. It stays readable in the panel and one click sends the message on. And every inbox starts in dry run, where nothing can be held at all, so you read a week of decisions before any of them count. Attachments travel with the message, and are also downloadable from the panel.
Is there a limit on how many messages arrive?
No. An inbox hit with four thousand submissions in a week costs exactly what it cost in a quiet one. Charging by volume would bill you for being targeted, and absorbing that is the point of the product.
What is a workspace?
One company. Its inboxes, recipients and history are its own, and nothing crosses between two of them. Another site or form for the same company is another inbox, not another workspace.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to your workspace. The people who only receive enquiries by email do not count, because they never need an account.
How long are messages kept?
The same on every plan: 30 days unless you choose less, and up to 90 if you choose more. It is a window, not an archive, so enquiries you need for years belong in your own records.
Does downgrading delete anything?
No. If a smaller plan would not fit what you have, we refuse the change and let you decide what to remove.
Do I need a developer?
No. You change the recipient address in your form's own notification settings. The exact menu path for every common builder is on the integrations page. Nothing is installed and no code changes.
What if I outgrow a plan mid-month?
Switch whenever you like and the new limits apply immediately. Nothing stops working while you decide.
