Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version: you can use Humainbox free for as long as you like before paying anything. A paid plan can be cancelled from the Billing page at any time, and it simply does not renew. If the first payment for a paid plan turns out to be a mistake, write to us within 14 days and you get all of it back.

1. Who charges you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem processes the payment, issues your invoice or receipt, handles VAT and sales tax, and is the name you will see on your card statement. Refunds are paid by Creem, to the payment method you used. Creem’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself.

Whether a refund is due is decided under this policy, by us. So the place to ask is us, not your bank — see section 8.

2. Try it free first

The Free plan is permanent and needs no card. It filters one real inbox with the same classifier the paid plans use, so you can see what Humainbox does to your own contact form before you pay for more inboxes, people or workspaces. Prices for every plan are on the pricing page, in euro, billed monthly.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan yourself, at any time, from Billing in your panel. You do not need to write to anybody or give a reason.

• The plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, and is not charged again.
• At the end of that month the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when it does.
• You can take the plan up again at any time before or after it ends.

4. 14 days on your first payment

The first payment for a paid plan is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of it. No reason is needed, and it does not matter how much you used the service in that time. When we refund it, the plan ends and the account returns to the Free plan.

This applies once per account: to the first paid month, not to a plan taken up again after a previous refund.

5. Renewals and plan changes

Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded, in whole or in part, because the service was available for the month they paid for. Cancelling stops the next one.

• Moving up takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current month.
• Moving down to a smaller paid plan takes effect straight away, and the unused part of the current month is refunded to your card.
• Moving to Free is a cancellation: the paid plan keeps working to the end of the month you paid for.

6. When we got it wrong

Whatever sections 4 and 5 say, we refund in full when the charge was our fault:

• you were charged after you had cancelled;
• you were charged twice for the same period;
• the service was unavailable, through our fault, for a substantial part of the month you paid for.

7. If you are buying as a consumer

Humainbox is built for businesses, but if you are buying as an individual, the statutory cancellation and refund rights where you live apply in full. Nothing on this page reduces them.

8. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@humainbox.com from the address on your account, or include it in the message, and say which payment you mean. You can also reply to the receipt Creem sent you.

• We answer within three business days, usually within one.
• An approved refund is sent by Creem to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks to settle and a refund from us takes days.

9. Your data after you cancel

Cancelling or being refunded does not delete your messages. The account keeps working on the Free plan, and you can export everything from Settings. What happens when you close the account entirely is described in the Terms of Service.
